HELP PAGE: Why are my SPEAKERS or MICROPHONE or CAMERA not working?

Camera, Microphone, or Speakers Not working: 

First question: Do you have any special characters in your profile name?

Second Question: Have you used the Device Checker to see if your device is working properly? The Device Checker is at the Bottom Left of your screen. 

If you have the mobile app for Accelevents, delete it. Our event does not work with the mobile app. 

  1.  Refresh your browser (use the Chrome browser if you can)
  2. Clear your browser’s cache
  3. Restart your device
  4. Turn off your VPN if you are using one.
  5. Check your settings in the DEVICE CHECKER on the bottom of the pink navigation bar.
  6. Try another device.
