Adding a Class ticket:

If you would like to add a class ticket to your Jingle Ball general admission, you can go back to the ticketing platform using this link:

Don't forget to use the same email address for all your tickets!

Trouble Checking Out?

The most common kerfluffle that is preventing a checkout is not entering all the address fields for each ticket you selected.  Each ticket has a drop-down arrow that must be selected to expand the address field.  We know this is annoying and are sorry for any frustration this is causing!  It may be easier to purchase one ticket at a time if you keep timing out.  

When Will I Hear from My Teacher?

Please give your teacher some time to process your order.  Class lists have to be carefully processed and then reprocessed as more students are added.  If you didn't get a ticket confirmation from Accelevents for your class, please send us an email at jason@lindystitches.com so that we can check your information.

Where do I sign up for the Free Classes?

No sign up or ticket required!  They will automatically show up on your Jingle Ball agenda inside the event.

Why is a PDF ticketed class sold out?

We allow each teacher to decide how many students they are comfortable teaching.  While many of our PDF ticket classes are unlimited, some have caps on the number of students.
