StitchTech 101: Digital Tracking with Markup R-XP with Jandi Dean


This class is an optional paid part of the Jingle Ball.  You will need an entrance ticket to the Jingle Ball as well as a class ticket to attend.  Jingle Ball tickets and class tickets go on sale on October 16th.  Class previews are so you can see what classes will be available for you to purchase on that date.  
All classes will be recorded so that paid students may access them for up to 30 days after the Ball concludes.

Part lecture, part hands on class, we will explore why stitchers utilize technology and how it can make stitching easier and more enjoyable. We will also do a step by step walk through to upload and set up a pattern in Markup RX-P. This will include marking, adjusting settings, pattern management, organization, and basic troubleshooting. This is a beginner level course.

There are many options for tracking and marking your cross stitch patterns using your smartphone, ipad, or tablet. While we will discuss many tools during the lecture, the hands-on portionof our class will be covering the basics of Markup R-XP. You will need this app and compatibledevice if you wish to follow along as we set up our pattern for stitching. OR just sit back, relax,and watch before deciding if you want to invest in this or similar software.
